Knife Gate Valve

Manufactured with Zinc plated WCB carbon steel body,(optional SS body) the liner is cast in place around the polished gate to eliminate any cavities for debris to collect. The liner materials has been custom design by our R & D department offer the highest resistance to abrasive, well still being able to achieve 200 F maximum operating temperatures. This seat designs offers bi directional sealing against the most demanding process conditions and works well in solid applications including ash, aggregates, food products such as corn, or grains.
