As a leading manufacturer of the double door check valve, SSI delivers long-lasting, cost effective valves that are well suited for industrial and commercial use. SSI stainless steel double door check valve is the perfect solution to a full range of liquid, steam, gas, and water applications.
Dual disc stainless steel double door check valves with wafer body style designed to ASME B16.34 and API 594. The check valves feature an integral cast bumper and Buna-N, Viton or metal seats with stainless steel discs.
Features Include:
• Independent springs optimizes plate closing rates while minimizing spring stress
• Dual rating 2″-3″ 150#, 300# and 600# Classes
• Seat design lifts then swings discs to minimize wear
• Shock bumpers minimize stresses in hinge pins
• Wafer body style fits between FF or RF flanges
• Upper and lower stainless steel thrust washers
• Resilient Buna-N, Viton and metal seats
• Available in sizes of 2″ to 3″
• Temperatures to 600º F
• Pressure rated to 1480 PSIG
