Product Description
Delivering a knife gate valve that is both long-lasting and cost-effective, Elite Valve manufactures solutions that are best suited for industrial and commercial use. Perfect for liquid, gas, steam and water applications, Elite Valve’s E5 high performance perimeter seated knife gate valve will withstand the harshest of operating conditions and service environments.
Design and Construction:
Standard Body Configuration Design: ASME 150 full flange Body Materials: solid investment cast 316SS and high alloys 316 stainless steel gate, fabricated steel yoke, epoxy powder coated optional stainless steel yoke or stainless steel stanchions Perimeter Seat Ring: Standard EPDM, and Viton, Neoprene optional Flange Drilling: ANSI 150 Face -to-Face: TAPPI, & MSS-SP135 Pressure Rating: Size 3”- 24” 285 PSI shutoff, carbon steel full ASME rated suitable for dead-end service.
